Welcome to Expa.AI, a chatbot builder omni-channel SaaS platform provided by Base Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform at dashboard.expa.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Expa.AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and visitors.

3. Service Description

Expa.AI provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage intelligent chatbots across multiple channels. Our platform supports integration with Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram, Line, and website plugins, among other channels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

4. User Registration

To access certain features of Expa.AI, you must register for an account. You may register using your email address or via Facebook Login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, maintain the security of your account credentials, promptly update your information to keep it accurate and current, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or are inactive for an extended period.

5. User Obligations

As a user of Expa.AI, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any other systems or networks connected to Expa.AI.
• Not use the platform to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms you integrate with through Expa.AI.

6. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or display on or through Expa.AI. You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable.

7. Service Limitations

Expa.AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Expa.AI and its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Base Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform, but grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Expa.AI at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our services. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at our contact form. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yangon, Myanmar. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
